Depending on the requirements, preservation of content across multiple viewports is possible. The solution also ensures seamless integration with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager, enabling automatic archiving of newly published content without additional manual steps.

1. Source System (AEM): Archiving starts automatically with publication.
2. Pre-Processing: Consent verification occurs during this stage.
3. PDF Generation: A PDF engine generates a signed PDF/A from a specified URL.
4. Archive & Seal: Metadata (URL, path, timestamp) is recorded and digitally signed in the database.
5. Search & View: An interactive UI allows authorized Customer Data Managers to search by path or time span and download found documents.
