What awaits you:

We are looking for a part-time HR Allrounder (m/f/d) to join our team in Salzburg (16 hours/week)!

In this versatile role, you will manage the entire recruitment process – from writing job ads to coordinating applications – and prepare employment contracts based on provided templates.

You’ll support new team members during their onboarding journey and collaborate with our external payroll provider to ensure accurate monthly payroll data. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing travel expenses and reimbursements, researching labor and contract law topics, and overseeing time tracking, overtime, vacation, and sick leave.

You’ll also play a key role in optimizing our HR processes by helping create efficient workflows, document templates, and automation solutions.

  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Completed commercial education or ongoing studies in Business Administration, (Business) Psychology, or a similar field
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • First experience in HR is a plus, but not required
